LAUNCH LIST PRIVACY · SEPTEMBER 2, 2026
Your email, for one clear purpose.
This page is operated by Lifeworth. When you join, we save your email address, the time you signed up, your consent to launch communications, and the channel that brought you here.
What happens next
We will use your email to tell you when the app is available and share confirmed founding-user offer details. Signing up is not a purchase, an app account, a guaranteed invitation, or a subscription. This form does not send an immediate confirmation email.
What we do not ask for
No health records, medical information, payment details, or personal protocol information are collected by this form. The launch list is separate from the app’s records.
Storage and access
The list is stored in a hosted database used by Lifeworth. Our hosting services process the data to operate this page. The list is not publicly accessible. A short-lived, hashed network identifier helps limit repeated submissions; normal hosting security logs may also be processed by the hosting provider. This page does not add advertising pixels.
Change your mind?
To request removal from this launch list, message @lifeworthapp on Instagram or the Lifeworth Facebook Page and identify the email to remove. We keep signup records for launch communications until removal is requested or the list is retired. Future marketing messages must include an unsubscribe option.
